We want your Mituu piece to feel right. Here’s how to return it.
Yes. Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@mituustudio.com with your order number. We’ll send you the instructions before you post your parcel.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. A gentle indoor fit check is fine; please do not take the piece on a walk before deciding. Coordinated sets should be returned as a complete set for a refund.
Once we send your return instructions, please post your parcel within 14 days. These conditions apply to voluntary returns, not to remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed items.
The 14-day period applies to return requests. This policy does not limit any statutory warranty, cancellation, delivery or refund right under applicable Canadian or US law.
