1. About Mituu

This website is operated by Mituu Studio Inc. “Mituu”, “Mituu Studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mituu Studio Inc. These Terms apply to your use of this website and to orders accepted by us. Contact us at hello@mituustudio.com.

2. Using the website

You may browse for personal use. To place an order, you must be of the age of majority where you live, or act with a parent or guardian who is authorised to make the purchase. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access, malicious software, interference with other visitors or infringement of intellectual property. We may restrict misuse, subject to applicable law and any obligations for accepted orders.

3. Products, fit & materials

Our collection includes collars, crossbody leashes and coordinated sets. Read the selected product’s description, measurements and Materials & Care before choosing. Breed suggestions are general guidance; measure your dog and check the fit.

Photography and screens can show colours differently. Small visual variations do not affect your rights if an item is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description. We describe the materials and specifications in the product listing and will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

4. Prices, currency & offers

Prices are labelled CAD or USD. Select your preferred currency; the currency and total agreed for an accepted order will be the currency charged. USD prices may be set separately from CAD prices and are not necessarily a live exchange-rate conversion. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees.

Before you agree to pay, we will provide the products, quantity, discounts, delivery charge, applicable taxes, any import charges we collect and the final total. You can review these details and correct errors. We will not add undisclosed mandatory charges after you agree to pay. Price changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

The WELCOME10 offer is 10% off a first order of full-price individual pieces. It excludes The Mituu Set, shipping, taxes and duties and cannot be combined with another offer. Any additional promotion conditions or expiry date will be disclosed with that offer. Discount codes have no cash value.

5. Enquiries, orders & payment

You can review your chosen pieces in the bag and pay securely through Stripe. For a purchasing question, email hello@mituustudio.com. Adding a piece to the bag does not place an order or take payment. Payment is submitted only when you confirm it on Stripe.

Any order accepted by Mituu is confirmed in writing with the agreed order details and required seller information. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order; an automatic acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. Where payment was collected and we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will promptly refund it. We may decline orders for genuine stock, payment or fraud concerns, consistently with applicable law.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you. We will not increase the agreed price without your consent. If we cannot supply the order on the agreed terms, you may cancel for a refund. Payment arrangements must be agreed before payment; do not send payment-card details by email.

6. Delivery, delays & preorders

See Shipping for Canadian and US rates, destinations, preparation times and import arrangements. Delivery estimates do not remove your cancellation, delivery or refund rights under applicable law. We remain your point of contact for missing or damaged parcels; a carrier issue does not automatically remove our responsibility.

A preorder must state its expected dispatch window before purchase. If we cannot dispatch within the agreed or legally required time, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer the applicable choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We will not replace a refund owed by law with store credit without your agreement.

Please contact us promptly if an address needs correcting or a parcel has not arrived. Any extra charge for a customer-requested redelivery will be explained and agreed before it is incurred.

7. Returns, faults & cancellations

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return postage for an eligible return; there is no restocking fee. See Returns for the condition, set and refund details.

The 14-day period applies to requests under our return policy. It does not shorten any legal right concerning faulty, unsafe, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or a cancellation right provided by law. Contact hello@mituustudio.com about an issue. Where a return is required for a fault or our error, we cover reasonable return shipping.

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Dispatch may prevent a voluntary change, but does not override any statutory cancellation right or remedy.

8. Care & safe use

Use each piece only for its intended purpose and follow the product instructions. Check fit, stitching and fastenings before every use; discontinue use if damaged. Collars and leashes are for supervised walking, not tethering, lifting, vehicle restraint or chewing. Never leave an unattended dog attached to a leash. Choose equipment suitable for your dog’s behaviour and your ability to control the dog.

Care instructions are guidance, not a guarantee of indefinite service life or a waiver of our obligations. No strength, waterproof, animal-free or environmental claim should be inferred unless it is expressly supported in the product description.

9. Content & third-party links

The Mituu name, designs, photography and website content belong to Mituu or their respective rights holders. You may view and share ordinary links for personal use. Commercial copying, alteration or reuse requires the relevant owner’s permission, except where law permits otherwise.

External links, including Instagram, lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make us responsible for that service’s operation. If you send a review, photograph or other content, you retain your rights; we will seek separate permission before using it in public marketing.

10. Responsibility & your legal rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website interruptions or use of general website information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, defective products, or any guarantee, warranty, refund or other consumer right that the law protects. No blanket “as is” disclaimer removes rights that apply to your purchase.

Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply, including those of your Canadian province or territory or US state where applicable. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights or prevent you from contacting a regulator or pursuing an available legal remedy.

11. Privacy, changes & contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Marketing consent is separate from purchasing or contacting us; agreeing to these Terms is not consent to promotional emails.

Updates will be dated on this page. The sales terms agreed when an order is accepted govern that order; later changes do not reduce your existing rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
